Cuisine across Cultures - Day 15

Wednesday, January 27th - we are focusing on legumes in the Americas... This was a fun class.  Lots of recipes I knew and that were familiar with me!  We made several versions of refried beans, hoppin john cakes, New England baked beans, frijoles de la Olla and split pea soup.
