Cuisine across Cultures - Day 14

Tuesday, January 26th - our focus is on legumes in Europe and the Middle East.  We made Fool Mudammas (Egypt - mashed and spiced fava beans), hummus (common throughout the middle east), Harissa (Tunisia spice paste), Falafel (Egypt), Pasta e fagioli soup, bruschetta with fava bean puree and tzatsiki (Greek).
