Cuisine across Cultures - Day 6

Today we are concentrating on the cereal grain wheat and noodles and dough in Asia.  We created: wor tip (potstickers), Pad Thai - (fried noodles with shrimp), Rice sticks, slingapore style, homemade soba noodles (made out of buckwheat flour with leeks and dipping sauce), Pho Bo (rice noodles in broth with garnish- from Vietnam), and Nuoc Cham (a sauce made with rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, etc.).

Again, in teams we talked about what we wanted to do and split up the recipes and cooked away.  Here's what we came up with:
