Cuisine across Cultures - Day 4

Today we made Tabbouleh (Lebanon/Palestine dish), Charmoula (North Africa) - it's a spiced marinade for fish and poultry, Pilav (Turkey) it's rice pilaf with currants and pine nuts, Harsha (Morocco) - it's a flatbread; and each team had to create a dish using salt cod.  We also had to create a dip for the flatbread.   Here are pictures...
