Cuisine across Cultures - Day 3

Today we are concentrating on the cereal grains in Europe. We made Risotto, Polenta con Salsicce, Barley pilaf, Barley with Wild Mushrooms and Ham and Bilinis.  Bilinis are thin buckwheat pancakes (Russia dish) and are topped caviar and sour cream.
