Cuisine Across Cultures - Day 2

Today was sushi day!  We also made Pearl balls (aka rice balls), Daifuku (a dessert) and Split Pea and vegetable curry with spiced rice and cucumber raita.

It was a busy but fun time making these very different and challenging dishes.  We finished in time and everything looked wonderful plated.  Chef tasted and critiqued both teams dishes.  See our creations below..
